1. Service Agreement

By requesting service from Stech Holdings LLC (d/b/a "A1 Septic & Drain Cleaning"), you authorize our licensed technicians to enter the specified property to inspect, diagnose, and perform septic pumping, drain cleaning, and related services. You represent that you are the property owner or an authorized agent with permission to grant such access. All work is performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

2. Pricing & Payment

Estimates for service may be provided over the phone or online and are subject to confirmation upon on-site inspection. Final pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service via credit card, debit card, or approved electronic payment method. Any call-out or trip fees will be clearly disclosed before dispatch.

3. Guarantees & Warranty

All labor performed by Stech Holdings LLC (d/b/a "A1 Septic & Drain Cleaning") technicians is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of service against installation defects. Installed parts carry standard manufacturer warranties. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, pre-existing conditions, or factors beyond our control.

4. SMS Text Messaging Consent (TCPA & A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile phone number to Stech Holdings LLC (d/b/a "A1 Septic & Drain Cleaning") — whether through our website forms, over the phone, or by any other means — you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us at the number you provided. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, scheduling notices, and promotional offers.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, up to approximately 2–6 messages per month. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you receive from us.

5. Cancellations

Scheduled service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or while a technician is actively en route may incur a standard trip or call-out fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stech Holdings LLC (d/b/a "A1 Septic & Drain Cleaning") carries full commercial liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, pre-existing mold, hidden plumbing defects, septic system failures beyond our immediate work zone, or damages resulting from conditions we were not engaged to address. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements — is the property of Stech Holdings LLC (d/b/a "A1 Septic & Drain Cleaning") and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Website Use & Conduct

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site. You may not introduce viruses, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or use automated tools to submit forms in a way that disrupts site functionality.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding service quality, billing, or these Terms must first be submitted in writing to sstecha1septic@outlook.com within 30 days of the service in question. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state in which Stech Holdings LLC (d/b/a "A1 Septic & Drain Cleaning") operates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought in the courts located in Waterloo & Cedar Valley, Iowa.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
